Personal data protection
The collection by Marie-Agnès Schmitt, sole trader (Entrepreneur Individuel, EI), of personal data (for example, title, first name, last name, postal address, E-mail address, telephone number, VAT number) is essential for the provision of the service. This data is not communicated to third parties, except where required by law. They are kept for the legal retention period.
In accordance with the European Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object and portability of your personal data. You can exercise this right by sending a request to Marie-Agnès Schmitt by post (to the address: MAS Traductions, 18 rue de la Taillée, 85300 Le Perrier) or by email (mas.traductions@orange.fr). You also have a right to complain to the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL) (French Data Protection Authority).
